Congratulations to both Celine Dion who shows off her twins in a video on Oprah, and to Alyssa Milano who is pregnant and adds her name to the growing Celebrity Baby Boom List of 2011!

Celine Dion and husband Rene Angelil were blessed with twin boys, Eddy and Nelson, on October 23, 2010. The couple participated in a video where it was shown on The Oprah Winfrey Show on February 21.

The video is precious and truly shows Celine in her most beautiful role as a mother.

And joining in on the incredible celebrity baby boom of 2011 is Alyssa Milano who at 38 is pregnant with her first child.

Milano and husband Dave Bugliari were married in August of 2009 and the pretty star took to her Twitter account this morning (February 22) to say, "Yes it's true. And we couldn't be happier."
