Center for the Book of San Francisco is so Cozy
Neighborhood: Potrero Hill
San Francisco, CA 94103
United States of America
While many rare and unique spots are worth visiting in San Francisco, the Center for the Book has it's own charm. Open late nights, it offers an industrial point of view of the art form and manufacturing of books. Most studio events listed on their calender are centered on adult crowds and real artists. Getting hands on is a practical real world application that offers playtime any book lover will be facinated by. Community workshops explore new authors and feature how the influence of making a book can effect the fan base. I am an avid reader, I go to the library each week to make turnstyle out of my things to read list. I would love to go a cozy spot and learn more about the life span of books. Center for the Book is located in the Potrero Hills neighborhood at 300 De Haro St. San Francisco,CA 94103, and can be reached at: 415-565-0545.
