Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke Heat Up the Dance Floor but Could the Couple Be Dating as Well?
Why Dating Rumors are Flying about Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke?
During week three the couple made an appearance on Ellen DeGeneres's talk show. Cheryl was sporting a big diamond ring (big is an understatement, the ring is HUGE). According to an article that appeared on Gather.com, when Ellen asked about Cheryl's ring, Chad replied that he gave it to her as a "gift for all she has done for him". Ochocinco repeated that quote on the April 12, 2010 episode of Dancing with the Stars, when Brooke Burke drew attention to the large ring sported by Cheryl Burke. Ellen DeGeneres, never one to leave sleeping dogs lie, asked the couple whether they were dating. Chad side stepped with a "we don't like to put labels on things". Ellen then dared the couple to kiss, which they did. The famous "kiss" between the football star and his DWTS partner is apparently now a popular video on you. Tube. Whether Ochocinco and Burke are truly dating or just dancing remains very much in question. There has been no confirmation that the couple is in fact an item anywhere other than on the dance floor.
Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke Heating it Up on the Dance Floor
Week four of Dancing with the Stars, which aired April 12, 2010 had the couple heating it up on the dance floor with a rhythmic and romantic rumba that did little to dissuade us that the chemistry between Ochocinco and his DWTS partner is anything but hot, hot, hot. Ochocinco and Burke's rumba was there best Dancing with the Stars performance by far. The DWTS judges commended Ochocinco on his "hip action" and gave the couple a score of 44, one of the highest scores of the night.
While there has been no confirmation by Chad Ochocinco or Cheryl Burke that the couple is in fact dating, the speculation remains. With performances as hot as their "Passion night rumba" it is easy to see why dating rumors are flying.

If they are not dating - what's up with the ring? I never rec'd a gift like that from anyone that I wasn't dating, in fact, I never got that sort of gift from anyone anyway. Cheryl must be doing something right :) Cheers!
