A presidential panel announces there is a pandemic coming, necessitating a government-mandated inoculation program that, if refused, means deportation to an off-limits area for the sake of the good of all.
Nearly simultaneously, banks suddenly and systematically announce "holidays" whereupon they are closed for up to two weeks to facilitate a changing of currency because it has been determined that all the currency in circulation is contaminated.
In this exchange, a resolution is made that a conversion to a one-world currency might as well go ahead and be instituted because, after all, that is the direction the world is headed, anyway. But in the exchange, we are only given 1/6 or even 1/12 in return for our previous assets' worth under the guise that it is what's good for the whole of society (a.k.a. a redistribution of wealth; plus the FDIC is only able to insure 2 percent of banks' gross assets). After all, we're told, we're all going to have to be willing to sacrifice in order to fix the enormous economic woes created by previous administrations, particularly the most-recent. Justification is now in place.
Suddenly, as anticipated - and as wanted - Americans revolt at the domino infringements upon our heretofore sacred liberties. That necessitates the imposition of marshal law, and presto! a very rapid reconstruction of the United States into a one-world country is facilitated before the next election can replace many of our government leaders and stop the conspiracy.
Sound like a scintillating plot for a best-selling novel? Perhaps based on a true story.
I, for one, am not worried at the idea of such a fantastic scenario evolving into reality. Because I know of God's unchanging mercy, peace, and kindness to me and for me that knows no limits, and has no end.
For starters, I will stand up without hesitation and take the vaccine, despite rampant conspiratorial rumors that it is actually designed to make me sick, and even kill me if my immune system is weak. (The New World Order calls for a tremendous decrease in the world's population, in case you've not been informed, so as to make things more manageable.) Why? Because I know God is no respecter of persons (He loves me and you just as much as He did Peter, John, Martha, Mary, and Lazarus, for example), and if He protected Paul from the enormously deadly poison from the viper that bit him on the island of Malta (Acts 28:3-5), then He will protect me just as passionately and completely.
It is our faith in God's Word and all His unchanging promises regarding the welfare of us and ours that keeps us from being given over to fear, worry, anxiety, and whatever else is hoped to be manifested through such evil devised with the intention of leading us into irrational behavior designed to bring collective personal sabotage. The money may change, but our trust remains just as it formerly read: In God we trust.
Therefore, let's examine again what is most-definitely not a hypothetical scenario: Our Promise for today - and every day - given to us in Isaiah 54:10, which reads (emphasis and insertion mine), "'For the mountains shall depart and the hills (will) be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,' says The Lord, Who has mercy on you."
The entire landscape of the planet as we know it may be, will be changed (For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed), but God will still be there for us with His peace, His kindness, and His mercy.
So be it. I can stand on His Word and trust Him completely. Can you?
Bring it on, if it must happen. Our God will not forsake us, nor leave us (in lack), and if such darkness is intended to facilitate His plans for the return of Jesus Christ as Our Messiah, Whose glorious presence establishes the new millennium of peace, joy, and love in a world of perfection governed by I am (one of His names) all for it.
No more sickness, no more sin, no more lack, no more tears. Just beauty, and harmony, and loveliness, and kindness, and goodness, and the wonder of it all! Amen.
