Changing to a Raw Food Diet

Why This Can Be Beneficial Inside and Outside

One of the benefits to eating a raw food diet is that it is easier on your digestive system. A lot of people have a bloated stomach but that isn't always baby fat. Sometimes it's undigested food. The average American has ten to twenty pounds of waste in there body. But when you switch to a raw food diet the food is always digested the same day so you don't have food in your stomach that you ate fifteen days ago which is very common when your eating the average diet. So your stomach will definitely get flatter.

There has also been a lot of research that claims that eating plenty of fruits and vegetables helps to prevent cancer. Raw foods gives the body more energy, and helps to clean toxins out your body. So you'll feel light and energetic.

Eating raw unprocessed whole foods can strengthen the immune system making you more immune to getting sick from the cold, flu, stomach virus and strip throat among other things.

You'll also lose weight from eating whole foods. I know of a woman who lost almost one hundred pounds eating a raw food (unprocessed whole foods) in one year. Your teeth will be stronger from eating a raw food diet. You'll get more nutrients in your diet because whole foods are loaded with vitamins and minerals that are essential to the body.

The outside benefits of eating a raw food diet, as already stated once, your stomach will be severely flatter if you stick to eating solely whole foods or raw foods. Your hair grows ways faster when eating raw foods and healthier. It will also get thicker and fuller. Drinking 1oz of carrot juice a day has proven to make the hair thicker. I mean a noticeable amount of added thickness. It will take away acne breakouts. I know this from first hand experience and know so many others who no longer have acne after switching to a raw food diet. Your skin will glow. It also clears up age spots and blemishes but it doesn't happen overnight. You will have to stay true to the diet and be consistent. It will help your skin to age slower. Some may not believe it but you do the research.

The last benefit is that eating a whole food diet can change your eye color. There have been claims that some eyes have gone from dark brown to blue. Now I'm not sure if that's true but I'll tell you what I know is true. I know a woman who drink three eight oz. green shakes everyday and after a month her eye color did change from a medium brown color to light brown. If you look across the internet there are many claims of the eye color getting lighter from the change in diet. Now it may not always turn blue because for some people that color may be genetically impossible so results will vary from person to person.

Unfortunately a lot of people aren't ready to live on a raw food diet not to mention it's quite expensive but try to get as many raw foods in your diet as possible. It will pay off.
