John Smither
This morning my alarm did ring as usual at six

Get up now lazy you have coffee to fix

My clock may say six, but my mind says five

This weekend the clocks they did go back

(Or was it forward?)One hour less to spend in the sack

All day long, the time is it ten

No it's eleven; I've got it wrong again

These time changes they are so confusing

So odd a little bemusing

A few more days and I will adjust

My body clock will awaken on time, I trust

Then in six months time when I forget to check

We can do this again, is it forwards or back, oh heck!
