Charlie Rangel and the Other Top 10 Most Corrupt Politicians in Washington

I am convinced that there must be some more and congressmen on the take. That is the only thing that could explain why they consistently act in the interests of foreign nations and never act in the national interests of the United States. In my personal opinion, the finances, friends, business associates, contacts and relatives of every Senator and congressman who voted against drilling off our coasts and in Alaska, completing the fence off our southern border, burning more coal, and building more nuclear reactors should be thoroughly investigated. There must be more corruption. After all, polar bears don't vote and radical environmentalists are in the minority.

When congress isn't working in the interests of any country except the US, they are busy filling their own pockets. Congressman Charlie Rangel seems to have forgotten an extra half million dollars or so that should have been declared on his taxes but wasn't. Gee, doesn't Rangel write tax code?

To show that corruption is an equal opportunity employer, one of the names most often hear in the news these days is that of Republican Senator John Ensign. Ensign had a similar problem to former Senator John Edwards. Which is to say, he was caught with his pants down.
