Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller

According to a 911 call Charlie Sheen threatened his wife Brooke Mueller with a knife. Brooke Mueller stated Sheen was still in possession of the knife at the time of the call.

Sheen and Mueller have twin sons, Bob and Max, who were born in March, 2009. Mueller is a real estate investor. Charlie Sheen is an actor.

Charlie Sheen's given name is Carlos Estevez. He was released the same day after posting an $8,500 bond. The star is due to appear in court on February 8, 2010.

Sheen was taken into custody in Colorado for suspicion of menacing and second degree assault. Reports state Brooke Mueller claimed Sheen held a knife to her throat. Mueller further stated that Sheen told her he would kill her if she told anyone.

If found guilty Sheen could face two to eight years in jail with a fine ranging from $2,000 to $500,000. Many fans might be concerned. However, the general population may not have any concerns about what happens next.

Brooke Mueller is reported to be suffering from pneumonia. An court hearing was changed to January 21 after Brooke became ill. Currently it is scheduled for February 8th.
