Charlie Sheen - Father of the Bride - Daughter Cassandra Estevez Marries

It is hard to believe Charlie Sheen is the father of a 25 year old daughter. However, on 25 September 2010, he proudly walked Cassandra Estevez (Charlie's real surname) down the aisle. She married high school sweetheart Casey Huffman at the Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara.

The Two and a Half Men star is said to have beamed and snapped photos as his daughter, Cassandra Estevez, exchanged vows with childhood sweetheart Casey Huffman at Santa Barbara's Bacara Resort and Spa.

"He was clearly very proud of her," says wedding planner Jill La Fleur of La Fleur Weddings & Events, who created the lavish day inspired by a mix of nature and old Hollywood glamor. "He had a big smile on his face."

The bride, 25, who met Huffman in junior high, walked down the aisle with her dad to the tune of "Flightless Bird" from the Twilight soundtrack, carrying a bouquet of roses and calla lilies.

The couple said their non-denominational vows under a four-post altar made of birch branches and decorated with white organza, florals and crystals.

After the ceremony, the 165 guests, including Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez, attended a reception in the hotel's Rotunda Room. The decor included butterflies hanging from the ceiling, mercury glass votives and deep red roses for centerpieces.

Charlie is reported as saying that it was one of the greatest moments of his life -

"It was fabulous," said Sheen. "It's a moment that you try to imagine when it happens, but it's nothing like you thought it was going to be."

Cassandra is Charlie Sheen's daughter from his previous relationship with Paula Speert, and the eldest of his five children. He has two daughters, Sam, six, and Lola, five, with ex-wife Denise Richards and 17-month-old twins Bob and Max with estranged spouse Brooke Mueller.

Earlier this year, Cassandra publicly supported her father on his decision to enter rehab in the wake of his arrest last Christmas Day (25.12.09) following a domestic incident with Brooke.

She said: "I really don't want to comment too much, but it is a positive thing and he is just trying to do the right thing."

Charlie Sheen was born Carlos Irwin Estévez on 3 September 1965. He was just 20 years of age when Cassandra Jade Estevez was born to his high school sweetheart Paula Speert during their relationship.

Cassandra reportedly met Casey Huffman at junior high and became engaged on December 25, 2008.

Photos in Australia's womens' magazine New Idea show Charlie with Cassandra on his arm in what appears to be an outdoor wedding setting. Other snaps include Charlie and his daughter with his parents Martin and Janet Sheen. Charlie is rarely seen photographed with Cassandra, a full-figured young woman, chose a simple, yet beautiful wedding gown and veil and let her long hair hang naturally.

Charlie reportedly told Access Hollywood "He's terrific. She's a terrific gal and we are all thrilled."

The couple danced their first dance to Al Green's Let's Stay Together. The fact that the couple are still together after 11 years is hopefully a good sign for a long and happy future.
