Charlie Sheen Files for Divorce from Fourth Wife, Brooke Mueller

Charlie Sheen files for divorce from fourth wife, Brooke Mueller, after being separated for ten months. Charlie and Brooke have been separated since Christmas 2009 when Charlie was arrested for domestic violence. Charlie filed a motion for divorce in L.A. today and Brooke filed her paperwork just hours later.

Charlie is asking for joint custody of the kids and no spousal support for Brooke. The two were married in 2008 and they do have a prenuptial agreement. Brooke is seeking sole custody of the children and spousal support.

Sheen has been married three times before and has children with 3 out of 4 of his wives.

Charlie went ballistic on Christmas day 2009 when Brooke Mueller told him she wanted a divorce. Brooke Mueller Sheen claims that Charlie pulled a knife on her and threatened her life. Charlie said he was upset about the divorce, but that he did not threaten her.

Charlie received 30 days probation, 30 days in a rehabilitation center and 36 hours of anger management resulting from the incident in Aspen, Colorado.

It is amazing that the divorce did not come sooner. Sheen and Mueller have been separated since the incident on Christmas day, even though the two have twin boys together.

Charlie Sheen has been in the headlines all week due to an incident at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. He was in New York on a vacation along side of (not necessarily with) his ex wife Denise Richards and their two daughters.

Sheen had been out with Richards, female escorts and a porn star at dinner. Richards said that she left immediately when she found out who the other women were. Later that evening or next morning Charlie was in his hotel room with Christina Walsh a.k.a Capri Anderson an adult porn film star. When Charlie realized that his cell phone was missing he went ballistic because he thought the porn star had taken it from him.

Capri Anderson hid in the bathroom and called for help as Charlie Sheen tore up the hotel room, breaking the chandelier and knocking over tables. All while his ex wife, Denise Richards and their two daughters, Sam and Lola were in a room across the hall.

When the police arrived they talked Charlie into going to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. His publicist claims that he just had and allergic reaction, but Charlie admitted that he had done cocaine earlier in the evening.

It was originally thought that Capri Anderson was a prostitute or an escort, but she claims that she is only a porn star. However, she is claiming that Sheen owes her $12,000 for an unknown reason.

Even though some sources are reporting that Charlie Sheen is divorcing his third wife actually Charlie Sheen files for divorce from his fourth wife, Brooke Mueller.
