Charlie Sheen: Is He Too Greedy for His Own Good?

Money, Alchohol, Sex and Women: The Downfall of Charlie Sheen?

Karen Barnes

After months of Charlie Sheen being in the forefront of the celebrity news with his outbursts, a tour of his antics, drinking, drugs and woman chasing, he seems to be trying to create multimillion deals with networks for a new show.

So far, all the deals he claims to be making with networks like HBO and TBS are being debunked by said networks. Even Lionsgate seems to be looking the other way when it comes to Sheen.

Sheen even tried to sue Warner Brothers and Chuck Lorre. The judge hearing the case didn't want to have anything to do with it and sent it back to contract stipulations for arbitration.

Just how will that go? If it's like anything else Sheen has touched as of late, not so well. As far as Warner Brothers and Lorre are concerned there is no chance Sheen will ever return to 'Two and a Half Men' either.

Word has leaked they plan to kill off Sheen's character, Charlie Harper, to make room for Ashton Kutcher's character, who hasn't been given a name yet for the show. While Sheen had a good thing going with 'Two and a Half Men,' he has burned his bridges with Warner Brothers and Lorre.

It is a shame a character actor like Charlie Sheen has taken his life down the road he has chosen. There is one thing he hasn't learned from other actors is that bad behavior won't be tolerated by fans, producing companies, writers and producers.

If he believes bad behavior like Lindsay Lohan and Mel Gibson has shown over the past few years is the way to go for career advancement, he must have slept through the outcome of their deeds.

Sure dear old dad, Martin Sheen, has been arrested 63 times for his activist roles over the years. However, dad hasn't blew his career away with a playboy lifestyle. It seems Charlie should have learned from dad when to pick and choose your battles.

Although brother, Emilio Estevex, may not be in front of the camera much these days, he does still find himself involved with the industry behind the camera and writing; along with a vineyard near Malibu.

Charlie seems to have moved into a complete different circle than the rest of his family and thinks it's okay to be a bad boy with even worse behavior.
