Charlie Sheen Trashes Suite in Plaza Hotel, New York
It is a Short Ride from "Father of the Bride" to "Intoxicated Party Boy"
Just over a month ago, Charlie Sheen seemed to be back on track as he enjoyed the role of "Father of the Bride" when his daughter Cassandra Estevez married her high school sweetheart Casey Huffman in Santa Barbara.
Last night, Charlie reportedly trashed a suite at the famous Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue, New York. Hotel security called Police who found Sheen drunk and naked amongst upturned tables and chairs. It is reported that loud shouting was coming from the room where furniture was being thrown about and a chandelier was damaged.
The Two and a Half Men star was accompanied to New York Hospital by his ex-wife Denise Richards, who was staying in a separate room of the suite. During the weekend just past, Sheen was sighted in New York with Ms Richards and their two daughters, Sam and Lola. Fox News reported that Richards was in the city to promote her series "Blue Mountain State". The family also enjoyed an outing to the Museum of Natural History and were seen at a performance of Mary Poppins.
Sheen, 45, told police he had been "out partying," sources said.
It's claimed that Sheen returned from partying to his room with the unidentified prostitute, but flew into a rage when he realized his wallet and cellphone were missing.
The Two and a Half Men star was accompanied to the New York Columbia Presbyterian Hospital by Richards. Sources said Sheen was not injured but checked himself into the hospital for an evaluation.
Charlie's publicity team quick to go into damage control to downplay the incident
This morning on Australian breakfast The Morning Show on the Seven Network, various celebrity sprukers from Hollywood had a lot to say about the incident. Apparently Charlie Sheen was in the hotel suite with a "call girl" who fled to a closet when the star went berserk, throwing furniture around. The damage bill is said to be around US$7,000. When the Police arrived, they found the woman cowering naked in the cupboard and Charlie appeared to be intoxicated.
Charlie's publicity team were soon on the job stating that his meltdown was the result of a medication mixup. Well was it? Other reports state that Charlie was intoxicated from the effects of alcohol and had been using cocaine. Whatever the truth is, this latest incident is just another day (or night) in the life of a man who is never far from tabloid scrutiny and bad behavior mayhem.
Time to grow up Charlie - own your problems and get help!
Forty-five is way over the age when a man should have grown up and stopped acting like a spoiled kid! Charlie Sheen is getting too old to be a Hollywood brat. His behavior is often dangerous and his attitude arrogant.
Last Christmas at his Aspen, Collarado home, he was arrested after a fight with his wife at that time, Brooke Mueller, mother of their twin boys. Meuller apparently called 911 saying that he had tried to kill her. The volatile actor only narrowly escaped jail time by agreeing to check in to rehab for 30 days.
The fact that Charlie was taken to hospital after this latest incident at the Plaza sounds like he was in a bad way. Let's hope he can get help for his problems and emerge a more stable and sober person. After all, he is the father of four young children.

Yup, I agree... I think he definitely needs a 12-step program for whatever chemicals he's dependent on. If he doesn't, his career may be in jeopardy.
