Gifts for You and Him
If you need to save money this holiday season why not look into combining gifts. Buy yourself that cute little dress and take your man out for a night out on the town. Take him out to his favorite restaurant and act like teenagers who just fell in love. Every man wants to feel special and needed and making your guy feel special is priceless.
Food
The way to a man's heart is absolutely through his stomach. Treat your husband to a special homemade dinner and serve his favorite food. If you are not that great of a cook look into hiring a personal chef for the night. I have hired a personal chef for the night in the past for as little as $50 dollars and I supplied the food. Most chef's will want to use brands of food that they are familiar with so make sure and ask first.
Personalized Gifts
Some men are extremely hard to buy for and if money is tight you can really impress your man with some homemade gifts. Try gift cards that give your man a weekend free from the honey do list. Perhaps the both of you need to spend some time together. Book a romantic getaway for you and your husband and pamper him while you are away from home.
Tickets to see his favorite team
If your husband is a sports fan set him up with tickets to see his favorite team. Check out online sites like Stubhub.com for those especially hard tickets to find. If you can't afford tickets then purchase a gift basket themed around his favorite team like this Hometown Heroes Gift Box available for just $39.
Gift Cards
Every man loves gift cards to his favorite store or place to eat out. If your husband loves to hunt try a gift card from his favorite sporting goods shop. If he likes to eat out with the other guys in the office get him a gift card to his favorite restaurant. If your man is into electronic gadgets get him a gift card to one of the local electronic stores. I know that the manliest gift cards of all come from home improvement stores. Gift cards always make great Hanukkah gift ideas.
Just because you are having to give cheap Hanukkah gifts this year does not mean that the gift can't be special. It has been my experience that some of my favorite gifts from my wife have been the ones that were the least expensive. Hope you have a great holiday season with your husband this year.
