With how the economy is these days, it is not surprising that many people are trying to find cheaper accommodations when they go on vacation. My favorite casino has to be the Sunset Station Hotel/Casino. Over the last twelve years I've lived in Southern Nevada, I have stayed there more than at any other hotel. It exudes truly wonderful city like feeling. The hotel rooms are roomy and extremely clean. Also, the hotel has some wonderful restaurants. I strongly recommend trying the Sunset Cafe, the Buffet, and their amazing Italian restaurant. The Sunset is also home to a state of the art bowling alley where you can participate in cosmic bowling, a feature that is not at every bowling alley. Parents, do you want some alone time? Sunset Station even has a Kids Quest which is open into the late night hours. Your children can enjoy playing with other kids their own age and you'll have the comfort of knowing that they are safe. Of course, Sunset has a beautiful pool which is opened all day until about 6:00pm. Another great benefit to staying at this hotel is that it is just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport. Sunset Station is also situated near numerous stores and top restaurants that you may want to check out.
