We stayed 6 days and found the same exact trip we took at other websites for double the price. We ended up booking our trip with Expedia. They were the cheapest by far. What you need to watch out for when booking these trips is the flights. Since the flights are usually charter and that is the cheapest way to go, sometimes they will try and book you on a red eye flight but do not let that fool you because they do have non stop charter flights available. We booked about 2 weeks before going and we were still able to get a non stop charter flight without paying any extra.
The best way I can tell you to do this is get your favorite travels websites such as Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, Hotwire, Priceline and any more that you can think of. Pull them up in different tabs in your browser and also while you are doing it write down the prices of each one and what website you found it on. If you do not write the information down you will forget after looking at so different many sites. This will save you so much time if you will write everything you find down.
You mainly want to look for charter flights, cheaper hotel and discount stay packages, and travel discount for kids. With this information you will be able to put together a great package deal price. It always makes my trip more enjoyable to know we did not over pay as we have had people so many times tell us they pay a lot more for trips to the Caribbean because they do not shop around. You just have to play with the sites and plug a lot of numbers and dates and you will find your vacation for half of the price.
We even called hotels and airlines direct and they did not give us as good of a deal as booking with Expedia. Good luck and happy booking!! =0)
