Baldur's Gate : The Tales of The Sword (PC)

Baldur's Gate : The Tales of The Sword (PC) is the expansion to the original Baldur's gate and is actually one of the most advanced forms of expansion packs available. The game allows you to visit new areas regardless of whether you have finished the previous game or not, and is rather amazing at how it manages to intertwine the two stories together. This is a top down expansion, which means it is installed on top of the previous game and will expand the story no matter where you're at in the previous game. So the options that wouldn't have been available in the previous game will become available with this Baldur's Gate : The Tales of The Sword expansion set. As before, the game features incredible graphics, and the storyline is excellent, though the gameplay gets repetitive at times. If you enjoyed the original Baldur's gate, you will be enthralled by this one. Obviously, you would need to own the original before you'll be able to install this on your computer. As such, a major deterrent for the game is the high cost of the combined package, but that shouldn't be a problem if you're involved with either of the two programs mentioned below.
