Cheats for Myspace & Facebook Apps especially games, seemingly abound to be found on the Internet these days.

Personally, I don't use any cheats (if any exist any longer) Why ? I don't see the point, games are meant to be played not hacked, not by taking the easy path. It just removes the reason to play in the first place. For me, it removes the balance that one now takes out the challenge of the game.

Now one can be creative with gaining members for the various different games out there like Mobsters , Mafia Wars etc. One way to achieve this is by adding your user name in the comments section below, come back often and over several days more names will appear for you to add. One of the benefits utilizing this is by gaining more members and if you choose, you can delete that person as a friend after they have joined your app.

Whilst not essentially a 'technical' cheat, it is probably the closest one can get to cheating with these games.

There are other ways to add people to your apps and if you do a find on the popular search engines, one will find many avenues, blogs, forums, support groups, websites abound.

Another way to gain an advantage is to look at the advertising attached to the particular game you are playing. These ads usually ask you to join a website and fill out a survey or download a ring tone or even use services like Paypal to acquire a certain amount of points. These points can then be traded for in game cash, additional team members or refill of energy points. Be very careful what you do pick if you utilize these adverts as some require actual payments before receiving points and some of these payments are one off or on a continual basis.

Here is some advice I can offer if you are a new or low level (under level 20) player, with some differing play styles. This is quite applicable to many of these game apps. Concentrate on purchasing properties with your first few levels - you earn money each hour which can be useful as your also earning when your not actually playing. These funds can be used to purchase equipment for your team. Each of your team members needs to be armed when you are attacking / defending against rivals.

Concentrate putting your points you earn each level into energy and health - gaining more energy helps with completing higher level missions and having more health makes it harder for rivals to kill your character outright.

When one achieves higher levels (50+), missions are easier to complete and money comes in the millions to acquire more weapons.

The Glory Strategist
Here the strategy is glory, the thrill of knocking off rivals and the glory of the most kills. In your first few levels you will put your points into Attack, Defense & Stamina switching to the next level of putting all your points into health (for instance level 2, points into attack, defense, level 3 into stamina, level 4 all into health and so on..)

The primary goal is maximum carnage, glory in obliterating as many rivals as possible whilst remaining strong with as many members as possible and insane levels of health so it is much harder for rivals to obliterate you.

The Money Strategist
Here one only concentrates on acquisition, money is power, all of your points every new level goes solely into energy. This helps with doing missions, missions help to acquire property, property means more money. Here the person cares not for battle against rivals, not for additional members or for lose of life.
