Where I am Today is a very well written and performed CD with eleven tracks. It is a wonderful blend of Christian lyrics and a blue/jazz rhythm. The artist Logan Lindvigsmoen is a treat to the soul and a real moving performer. If you haven't heard of him, search him out at www.LoganLind.com. Hisongs ingrain there messages in your heart and leave a lasting impression on your mind.

I recently had the pleasure of hearing the entire CD for the first time and I was immediately entranced in his sound. It is classic and refreshingly new all at the same time. His backup vocalist lend a powerful sound to his already mature voice, which enables each song to flow with the sounds of his guitar. The second track titled Lay Me Down is a insightful song about death. The lyrics "Each man's appointed a day to die, living life till my tears run dry" rings true to every human. With Christian lyrics you can see death as a place you have to go in order to transition into something more, something better than human and closer to God.

Track six is titled Never Again and sounds like a pledge to a man forgotten. The lyrics are haunting and touching. "Never again my friend, Will I leave you here, Clinging to the earth so cold, Because my God is the way no matter what you say, He will always take your hand" is part of the message this song imparts. No matter what you are going through in life this song can give you hope and make you feel like someone is always there.

The tracks titled Where I Am, Hometown, and In The Silent Hours are stories of Logan himself. In Where I am, you can feel his honesty about what he feels he is as a person. In Hometown, he speaks of where he is physically in a very honest poet way that everyone can relate to. In The Silent Hours speaks of how he was before Christ and after. How his music became his testimony and his life.

There is so much to learn from Logan Lindvigsmoens music that I could not even begin to pass on to you. The true joy is listening to his CD "Where I Am Today". He has a powerful sound that I am sure will take him anywhere he dreams of. His message is pure and heartfelt, which is so hard to find in the era of formula music. You simply must here the CD for yourself. I am sure that Logan's music will inspire you spiritual and move you physically to stand for your beliefs. As he says in the song" Hello", before I leave here, behind these eyes I pray, that I'll find the words, The words I hope to say, I want to leave some hope with you.
