6 Large eggs
2 cups Sugar
4 8-oz packages Cream cheese
1/2 pint Heavy Cream
1/2 pint Sour Cream
1 lemon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Flour
1-1/2 cups Crushed graham crackers
6 tablespoons Melted Butter
Directions for Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Blend eggs, sugar (1-1/2 cups), cream cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla and flour. Beat thoroughly with a mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth.2
In small mixing bowl, mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar (1/2 cup). Pour into a 9-inch spring form pan and press edges and bottom into place. Pour batter into pan being careful not to disturb graham cracker sides. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from over, leave on counter for 1/2 hour, then refrigerate.Tip
