Ingredients

Serves 4
16 oz can diced or crushed tomatoes
3-4 medium mushrooms
2 cups leftover chicken
1 pre-made pizza crust

Directions for Cheese-Free Pizza

1
Prepare the Crust
If you are using a store-bought crust, follow package directions. If you are making your own crust, then you already know how to make a crust.
2
Slice and Saute Mushrooms
Slice mushrooms, saute in a small amount of olive oil or a tad of butter.
3
Drain Tomatoes
Drain a can of crushed tomatoes or diced tomato. Use your preferred brand.
4
Slice Leftover Chicken
Slice leftover chicken into pieces or cubes.
5
Assemble Pizza
Pour tomatoes on your crust and spread to edges. Arrange sauteed mushrooms on top of the tomatoes. Add chicken cubes.
6
Bake
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
7
Grab a Plate
Slice the pizza and enjoy!
Tip
You can make your own crust or buy a pre-made crust, your choice. A thicker crust will take longer to bake.

You know, in Italy, very little of the pizza has any cheese on it.

This sounds good. I'm not much of a cheese fan.

Love this! I typically make a small "personal" pizza for myself without cheese since everyone else prefers cheese.

Sounds good. I would add some sauteed onions and peppers too.
