Ingredients:
1 box elbow noodles
1 can white tuna in water
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen carrots
1 jar cheese spread
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Salt and pepper
Bread crumbs
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the elbow noodles into a large pot of water. Turn the oven on high and cook the noodles for 1 minute less than suggested on the box. Drain the water.
Place the noodles in a large casserole dish. Mix the tuna, peas, corn and carrots into the noodles, making sure to distribute the meat and vegetables evenly.
In a separate bowl, combine the cheese spread, milk and melted butter. Pour the cheese mixture into the dish and stir to combine. Sprinkle a handful of bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is lightly brown.
