American people love three things, freedom, money, and cheese! To satisfy our craving and need for cheddar and various other blends of cheese we have often turned to the baked sensation Cheeze-It. These small little squares of cheesy goodness have been around for years and even been given a facelift recently with the Big Cheez-It's an exceptionally large version of the famed cracker. But now the company has put a new twist on an old favorite, literally!

Cheez-It Twisterz is a relatively new product and we all love it! Twisterz is your ordinary cheese cracker, only elongated and twisted with two flavors. The favorite seems to be the cheddar and more cheddar blend, but then again that's because cheddar is the most popular cheese flavor in America. They also have Cheddar and Cool Ranch, another combination that just seems to fit.

The crackers are extra crunchy and deliver all the great qualities you have come to expect from the Cheez-It brand. I could easily see people replacing their greasy potato chips or cholesterol ridden snacks for Twisterz. That's the other great thing about this snack, it's healthy! Twisterz, just like their counterparts, are backed, not fried so you can enjoy them without feeling to guilty.

Being a health conscious society now days we find ourselves looking to the back of boxes more often then the front. Well you may be surprised at the Nutrition facts found in Twisterz, A serving size is seventeen crackers, more then enough for a good snack, I normally only eat about six or seven. There are only one hundred and forty (140) calories per serving, no Trans fat, and zero cholesterol. The carbohydrates might get you though with nineteen grams per serving, but trust me it's worth losing the bread on your sandwich to have a few of these things.

I was hooked from the first bite, my friends are addicted and your local supermarket may end up running low on these great snacks. They make great part favors, additions to meals, and your kids will love coming home from school and having these waiting for them. Twisterz was a great idea and keeps our taste buds hopping I con only hope that the next big thing from them would be a wider variety of flavors. With Americas taste for spicy and exotic foods I would be willing to bet a jalapeño based flavor would taste amazing and sell as good as it tasted.
