Chelsea Handler Dates 50 Cent; Tila Tequila Claims Extortion; Tiger Woods' Mistress' Mom Defends Him

Chelsea Handler has recovered from revelations that she appears in a soon to be released sex tape and is now said to be dating rapper 50 Cent; Tia Tequila, on the other hand, says an ex boyfriend is trying to extort her over a sex tape she made with him; the mother of Devon James is offering to help Tiger Woods stop the release of a sex tape starring her daughter and the golf legend.

While the summer of 2010 seemed to be the 'Summer of the Celebrity Sex Tape', the fall promises to be at least as newsworthy when it comes to sex tape celebrities.

While Chelsea Handler is known for a funny and suggestive brand of semi-raunchy humor, the revelation that she had made a sex tape when she was a rising comedian seemed to surprise most.

However, in a sign that celebrity sex tapes are no longer the taboo they once were, the news that Handler appeared in a sex tape seems to be having no negative impact on her career, as the ratings on her show, Chelsea Lately, are as high as ever, and Handler even made jokes about it.

The tape, really, is said to be not as explicit as most celebrity sex tapes; Handler is filmed for a brief time and while little is left to the imagination, the more revealing aspects of what she is doing are not shown.

Now it is being reported that Handler is dating rap star 50 Cent. The rapper is said to have pursued her for some time, even sending flowers at one time to her studio with a note asking if she was single.

While Handler has expressed her attraction to rappers in the past, it was never really known how serious the growing flirtation. This weekend, however, the two were seen this weekend at New Orleans restaurant Mimi's and appeared to be having a great time. So, apparently Handler's upcoming sex tape doesn't bother 50 Cent and apparently Handler has moved on from her sex tape partner (it was ten years ago, after all), and a recent relationship with her boyfriend.

Tila Tequila has had quite a year as well. She was attacked at an Insane Clown Posse concert earlier this year and went to the hospital with cuts and bruises. But that might seem to be a minor issue compared to what she is dealing with now. Tequila says she made a sex tape with a boyfriend while on vacation long before she was famous. The boyfriend has resurfaced and has asked for $75,000 or he will release the tape.

Tequila says, "He has the audacity to not only betray me with the love that I had for him, but to use that to exploit me and hurt me."

Despite the fact that Handler and Tequila have made celebrity sex tape news this year, the biggest sex tape of all time could very well be coming. One of Tiger Woods' former mistresses, Devon James, says she has reached financial agreement to release a sex tape starring of her and Woods; she says she has 36 minutes of footage starring herself and the golf legend.

James' mother, Sandra Brinling, however, has come out and said she will do whatever she can do to block the sale of the tape. She said, "I just would not put it passed her to have done this. She simply cannot be trusted."

A certain amount of Tiger Woods sex scandal fatigue has undoubtedly set in since the explosive revelations from a year ago came to light. However, if James truly does release a sex tape featuring one of the most famous athletes of all time, the story will undoubtedly revive and take on a new life.

Celebrity sex tape stories seem to never go away; now we have Chelsea Handler recovering from her celebrity sex tape and dating a famous rap star, Tila Tequila trying to keep a sex tape of hers in the past, and Tiger Woods' mistress' mother vowing to try to block the release of a sex tape involving him and her daughter.
