Chemistry Store Review

Yesterday was Valentine's Day, and as you know one of the bigger shopping days of the year. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up a present for my fiancé at Chemistry in the Pearl ridge Center in Aiea on the island of Oahu. Chemistry is a really cool store that caters towards lotions, perfumes, bath soaps and more. Think Bath and Body, but the hipper, cooler and not to mention cheaper version.

Upon entering the store I was met by the sales person, whom might I add was very helpful in selecting my products. She even asked me about my fiancé so she could try to match a scent to match her personality. After giving her this information and being offered a buffet of smells that I could mix and match, I was on my way to getting a body spray and lotion mixed right there for me. I was also given the chance to pick out a color for both! How unreal is that. I finally decided on a mix of an off shoot of a few Victoria secrets perfumes. These were mixed to my liking so I could choose how strong I wanted each smell to be.

Upon check out I was also given the opportunity to add a special message at no cost. The cashier rang up my order then had me write down a special message on a post it note. She then typed it up on a transparent label and put it on each container. This made it much more personal and showed my fiancé that I not only took my time to pick out a special blend, but a special message as well. The other thing that I found was that they had a cologne that I had been searching for. I had tried a lot of the specialty shops, but it was a cologne that a lot of places no longer carried. Lo and behold they had it for me. What are the odds? They also have many different items to choose from that are very affordable and unique.

The cost for my order was under $20, try that at one of the specialty stores. I enjoyed the time I spent in the shop as they were very helpful and I got a quality product at a cheap price. I will definitely be returning to Chemistry to get more products for my friends and family, but also myself. Check it out on the second floor of Pearl ridge Center, you'll love it!
