Chicago White Sox Pitcher Mark Buehrle Hoped Michael Vick Injured

Are Chicago White Sox Pitcher Mark Buehrle's Words Worse Than the Actions of Michael Vick?

Jason Cooley
I'm sick of everyone saying that it looks like Michael Vick is a rehabilitated man just because he hasn't killed a dog since going to prison. I and Chicago White Sox pitcher Mark Buehrle seems to be on the same page in our sentitment towards Micheal Vick. Micheal Vick didn't commit a crime in order to feed his family, Michael Vick's crimes involved beating dogs to death and watching them die. Any person who can watch that happen, catch a good night's sleep and do it again is a psychopath and serving time in prison does not cure this.

Chicago White Sox pitcher Mark Buehrle gets a big smiley face by his name for having enough balls to say what I'm sure many have thought themselves. Here's his quote:

"Even if you are not a dog lover, how can you sit there and make two dogs fight and one is going to die...How could you do that if you are somewhat sane? (Vick) had a great year and a great comeback, but there were times where we watched the game and I know it's bad to say, but there were times where we hope he gets hurt. Everything you've done to these dogs, something bad needs to happen to these guys."

I'm not big on baseball but I have to say I became an instant fan after reading this quote from Chicago White Sox Pitcher Mark Buehrle . I do not speak for Mark Buehrle or the Chicago White Sox. From here on these are my statements. Mark Buehrle is only responsible for his quotes above.

I understand that it's bad to wish harm upon anyone, but remember Vick actually killed dogs, he's a sick cowardly person. Would it be bad for me to say I hope the devil stubs his cock jumping into bed with a boner?

Michael Vick has served the sentence he was given and has not killed any more dogs, well that we know of, but remember, a person not killing a dog is not good behavior it's normal behavior and should not be commended. It's not like he was addicted to killing dogs and he has kicked the habit.

Now that Michael Vick is out of prison he is saying and doing all the right things and people are falling for it. I mean really, do you expect him to throw... I mean run in a winning touchdown, jump up and down on the field and tell the reporter, "The only way I could be any happier is if I had a dog to kill!"

Public appearances and giving to charity does not fool me, he's playing the damage control game. Michael Vick ran the dog fighting ring because he wanted to play Gangster, he wanted to say he ran a crime ring because he wanted to be so f*cking cool. Well kids, you know how cool Michael Vick is after killing dogs? Michael Vick is so cool he had his butt deeply scratched in jail by the other inmates.

For those who say I went to far to assume a common jail act was performed to Michael Vick, you must understand that I'm just playing the odds. I'd imagine for a lowlife stuck in prison for the rest of his life that nailing Michael Vick would be worth big bargaining rights to all the other convicts in the yard. Vick may dodge tackles like the matrix on the field, but everyone is the same speed on a soapy shower floor.

For those who say I shouldn't be saying what I am, maybe instead of getting mad at my words about what may have happened, you should be upset with the actual actions of Michael Vick. Since this did happen, let's use this true event to teach our kids the moral of the story. Pick on the weak and become a human pin cushion.

I can't write this in the third person... I just can't. To do so would make me feel like a douche big enough to accommodate Madonna. My articles are a change of pace from what you can expect anywhere else. M...  View profile

I so agree with everything in Jason's article. I could not have stated it better. I wish every member involved in any sports arena could own a copy of The Lost Dogs and read it cover to cover. What Michael Vick did is beyond horrible. There are no words to describe his acts to defenseless creatures. He not only owned a dog fighting organization, he actively tortured and killed innocent dogs. Their only goal in life was to please their master. I too wish he had been hurt.I wish he had sustained a career ending injury.
I would like to correspond with Mark Buehrle and his wife and offer my support for their comments.
    Thank you

I wonder what he is going to say when somebody wishes he gets an injury and has to miss the season or better yet......his career.
