Chicago, IL 60640
United States of America
What has been a typical trend in this neighborhood is that buyers interested in rehabbing these homes are making these purchases. Fortunately for the buyers, and sellers for that matter, is that funding is readily available for those interested in purchasing a "fixer-upper," and making the necessary renovations or remodel changes.
During this spring and summer, the Lincoln Square neighborhood will most likely see a completion in many of the formerly gutted rehab dwellings. Average prices for homes in this area range from in the $300,000s to upwards of $500,000s and beyond.
