1 1/2 cups cut up left over chicken (or you can cook up some chicken breasts)
1 1/2 c. minute rice -(cook rice in chicken juice) cook before adding
2 cans chicken rice soup
1/2 to 1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 small onion diced (optional)
1 stalk celery diced fine
1 small or regular can of peas

Mix & bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
