1 chicken (cut up and skinned)
1 egg
1/4. milk
Ritz cracker crumbs
1 egg

Ritz cracker crumbs
Beat egg and milk. Dip pieces of chicken in egg mixture. Roll in Ritz cracker crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Do not turn. This will taste similar to fried chicken and is much easier to prepare. It has a flavor all its own.
