1 chicken fully cooked and taken off the bones ( I like to cut mine up into small pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz can water chestnuts (drain them and chop)
2 cups diced celery ( I dice mine fine)
1/2 small onion minced (optional)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Croutons (crushed) or buttered bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz can water chestnuts (drain them and chop)
2 cups diced celery ( I dice mine fine)
1/2 small onion minced (optional)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Croutons (crushed) or buttered bread crumbs
Combine all of the ingredients (use bread crumbs for topping)
back in 9 X 13 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, sprinkle the
bread crumbs over the top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
