1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
3-4 roma tomatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp lawrys season salt
1/2 pck spaghetti
2 cans(26oz.) tomatoe sauce (which ever brand you prefer)

Directions for Chicken and Spaghetti

1
The Veggies
Chop all your veggies and garlic. 1/2 green pepper,1/2 red pepper, slice 3-4 roma tomatoes,1/2 red onion,2 cloves garlic grated or minced.Make sure all veggies are rinsed properly.
2
The Poultry
Make sure the chicken has been washed properly. Season your chicken generously and evenly on both sides with season salt and black pepper.
3
The Glorious Union
In a deep baking dish. Place the seasoned chicken, add the chopped veggies, garlic, and 2 cans of tomatoesauce all in the baking dish (incorporate together).
4
Have your home smelling like heaven
Place the baking dish in the oven and allow chicken and sauce to bake for about an hour and a half. The sauce and chicken must meld together. Until the meat is falling off the bones. That's how you know the dish is done.
5
The Noodles
While the chicken is baking. You can boil your spaghetti noodles any time, but is best about 20 minutes before you take the dish out of the oven. To cook the noodles add a drop of oil and 1 tsp of salt to the water and bring the water to a boil before adding the noodles. Taste a noodle to make sure the texture is good. Strain the noodles.
6
The Finale
Once the meat is falling off the bone and noodles are done simply plate noodles and cover with meat and sauce.
7
Best to serve with
Usually a nice salad and garlic bread goes well with this meal.
Tip
This is a meal that you can tailor to fit your taste and the size of your family. You can use whatever chicken part you like. I usually use wings. Breast, thighs, or even legs will work. Whatever's in the freezer will solve that dilemma. You will love this dish for leftovers also.
