Chicken in Wine

Easy yet Gourmet Tasting!

Cassie Mae
My aunt from Newport Beach, California sent me this recipe over ten years ago. It was a candlelit dinner for two specialty made by me. Now it is a family of five favorite! God Bless Aunt Pat!

Chicken In Wine

3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup rose vinegar wine (I use whatever red wine I have in the house sometimes)
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 garlic clove (fresh, it really makes a difference)
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup brown sugar

Mix ingredients. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.

I like to take a bowl of the juice to dip my chicken and French bread in!

Scrumptious!

This seems really easy, yet I'll bet the results are tasty. Nearly a cup of wine leaves plenty for sipping, too :)
