Chick-Fil-A Continues to Dazzle the Food Industry

Chick-fil-A has been in business for over forty years now. Its founder S. Truett Cathy was a trendsetter when he opened his first restaurant in Greenbriar mall in 1967. There is no doubt that he is responsible for introducing many people to the chicken sandwich. Being a native of Atlanta I literally grew up eating Chick-fil-A. Unlike many of its competitors, its restaurants provide a pleasant family environment. During these turbulent economic times I try my best to keep a close watch on my spending. I must say that Chic-Fil-A's menus are little higher than its competitors; however you get what you pay for. The quality of the service that you receive when eating at Chic-Fil-A makes the price you pay worth every penny.

Today many fast food restaurants have gotten away from customer service. They have the tendency to focus more attention on their products. Good customer service is the lifeblood of all businesses. It is quite evident that Chic-fil-A makes its customers a top priority by the outstanding level of customer service that you receive when eating in any of its locations. I have eaten at many Chic-fil-A's, from Georgia to Mississippi and the customer service was the same, excellent! I honestly cannot find anything wrong. There is no other fast food restaurant that I know of that will offer to bring your food out to you and have a smile while doing so. We all know that when people have bad experiences they tell at least ten people. Most of the time when people have a good experience in a business they normally don't say anything at all. Every chance I get I tell people about the outstanding customer service that I always receive when eating at a Chic-Fil-A restaurant. Chic-Fil-A has definitely raised the bar for customer service in the fast food business.

Truett Cathy is the epitome of what a CEO should be because he leads by example; he has never been afraid to roll his sleeves up. Not only is he the head of the largest family owned business, but he also instills moral values in his employees that make them happy to be a part of a successful company. I am sure that Mr. Cathy will continue to be a beacon of hope for aspiring businessman. As far as me continuing to patronize Chic-Fil-A restaurants, in the words of one of the company's famous sayings, "It's my pleasure."
