With Halloween around the corner, children rejoice! With all the things to think about for the upcoming holidays, its hard to think about what you're willing to spend on a costume your child is only going to wear once! Why waste money on something that will never be worn again? Why not make a hot new costume for your child at home? Want your child to have the hottest costume trend this year? Why not make an at home Executioner costume for your child! Its easy! Just follow these instructions.

The First Step: The Outfit

The first thing to get is the outfit of course! What you'll need is relatively dark clothing. For the top, you'll need a shirt that has small checkered embodier. This way, your child's shirt will look metalized. Next you'll need some black felt. Cut designs to go along the edges of the shirt, to give it that medieval look. Next you need some dark blue or black slacks for your executioner. This will help tie everything together.

The Second Step: The Face

You can do one of two things to pull this look off. You can wear a mask, or makeup, its whatever you as a parent prefer. If you're going for a mask, try something that comes all the way down to the end of the neck. With only the eyes cut out. If you want makeup, you need some white and black makeup. Make your child's eyes dark and creepy. To pull everything together. Try to go for a ghostly look if you do the makeup. Make a nice ashy face, along with dark tired eyes. Remember, this is Halloween! Make their face creepy!

The Third Step: The Accessories

Your child need some sort of ax to carry around, You can either make one, or buy an inexpensive one at your local retail store. This accessory pulls everything together! You can also incorporate chains to the costume. Every time your child walks, they'll rattle! Not only that, but incorporating chains in this costume, will defiantly pull together the whole medieval/executioner look!

Halloween is a time for a child to have fun and be mischievous. Show your child you care, AND save money at the same time by making their very own costume! With these easy at home steps, you're child will be the hit at the party, or on the block when they go trick or treating! Happy Holidays!
