St. Elizabeth's Health Center
St. Elizabeth's Health Center offers an excellent childbirth class for new expectant mothers and their coaches. Both the pregnant mother and her support coach will learn many things about the female body while pregnant and in labor. Attendees will learn and practice relaxation and breathing techniques, as well as, take a tour through the hospital's labor and delivery rooms. Midwifery Care, Inc
