I like chili quite a lot
Sometimes you just can't beat it.
You can argue about what it is
If you just let me eat it.
Texan or New Mexican
Or Mexican or other
Hey! I just finished off a bowl!
May I please have another?
Some say there must be beans
Some say there must be beef.
You can argue all you like.
And I won't cause you grief.
Just serve me up another bowl
And please! A spoon or fork
And you can argue all you like
About beef or beans or pork.
Sometimes you just can't beat it.
You can argue about what it is
If you just let me eat it.

Outstanding! Thanks!
hehe :) I am going to write a follow up to this...just give me a few minutes.
I even made chili this summer when the temps were in the 90's. I fix a large pot, and freeze individual servings for later use. Cheap and nutritious. My favorite seasons for chili-making are approaching:)
You got me. I have to make a pot of chili soon. I love it.
