It is the summer here once again and the hot noons are just around the corner to make you feel thirsty and to make you crave for delicious desserts. Licking a delicious desserts preparation, trying to finish it off before it gets melted is one very common scene during the summer, when the mercury level is on a desperate rise.

Summer is the peak time for the ice cream parlors to earn huge amount of dollars. But it would be wise enough to prepare the yummy summer dessert recipes at your home to beat the summer heat. There are tons of easy-to-make summer dessert recipes that you may get from the recipe guide books and it is beyond all controversies that you have tried many of them. Here are some of the awesome summer dessert recipes, you can try out to strike your friends and family with sudden wonder this summer. Don't worry if you do not have an ice cream make at your home. Ice creams can also be prepared at home without an ice cream maker. The only things you will be required are patience, time, effort and an eagerness to come up with some unusual flavor of ice creams.

Beat The Heat With These Ice Creams

Chocolate ice cream recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 egg yolks

  • Double cream milk -
    250 ml.

  • Condensed milk - 1
    large can

  • Sugar - 55 gms

  • Cocoa Powder - 3 1/5
    table spoon

Direction:

  • Create an ice cream
    base. This is one of the most significant part of the story because
    it will make your ice creams creamy and yummy.

  • Mix the milk, egg yolks,
    condensed milk and sugar properly, stir it well.

  • Heat the mixture until
    it gets slightly thicker.

  • At the point where you
    stop heating the mixture add the the cocoa powder.

  • Put the mixture in the
    freezer and let it freeze for at least for one and a half hours.

Honey Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 egg yolks

  • Double cream milk -
    500 ml.

  • Condensed milk - 1/4th
    can

  • Honey - ½ cup.

  • Vanilla Essence - 1
    teaspoon full

Direction:

  • Start with heating the
    milk and continue heating until it boils. When the milk starts to
    boil put the flame to simmer and keep it on the heat for a few more
    minutes.

  • In the mean time pour
    the condensed milk, egg yolk and honey in a mixture bowl and beat
    together thoroughly.

  • When the milk is on
    simmer pour the egg yolk and honey mixture into it and stir it
    constantly until it gets thickened.

  • Remove it from heat and
    leave it to cool. This is the ice cream base that will make your ice
    cream delicious and will give it a real luxurious look.

  • Pour a teaspoon full of
    vanilla essence to the cream base and stir it well.

  • Put it to freezer for at
    least a couple hours.

Choco-mint Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Milk (heavy creamed) -
    250 ml

  • Condensed Milk -- 1/4th
    can

  • Castor sugar - 80g.

  • Grated chocolate (plain)
    - 150g

  • Peppermint essence - 1
    teaspoon full.

Direction:

  • Use a saucepan to heat
    the milk and castor sugar. Heat it until the sugar melts and
    desolves thoroughly.

  • Pour the condensed milk
    into it and stir it thoroughly and let it cool.

  • After the mixture has
    cooled down to normal temperature, mix the peppermint essence and
    stir it well.

  • Transfer the mixture
    into the freezer.

  • When the mixture has
    tightened up slightly, pour the grated chocolates and mix it well
    and again freeze for the next couple of hours.
