A Sumburger comes in both single and double versions. The burger is served with cheese, lettuce, and the special sauce. The juiciness of the meat compliments the special sauce nicely.

The special sauce is mayo-based, with a unique tangy taste that is arguably the reason for traveling to Chillicothe for a Sumburger.

Both burgers also come in a platter format that includes crinkle-cut french fries and cole slaw, both of which are high quality. Someday, this reporter may even try out some of Sumburger Drive-In's other offerings, which include Perch, Chicken Tenders, and Philly Chicken sandwiches.

Sumburger Drive-In is definitely a unique burger experience and is easily worth a trip to Chillicothe. The drive-in ranks with Urbana's Crabill's Hamburgers as one of Ohio's best burger joints.
