Chimp Attack Victim Reveals Face as a Big Amazing Step in Recovery

Chimp Attack Victim Reveals Face to Crowd

A chimp attack victim reveals face - what does that mean? Chimp attack victim Charla Nash revealed her face for the first time on Oprah Wednesday. It was Charla Nash's 56th birthday, and it was the first time she ever took off the veil she wore in front of her face since she was attacked by a chimpanzee this past February.

Luckily, Ms. Nash doesn't remember anything about the attack. When she revealed her face, we saw the aftermath of the chimp attack. Charla Nash lost her lips, eyes, and nose during the attack. She also lost her hands.

The chimp attack victim will never see again, which is unfortunate because she has a daughter that is a senior in high school. She will never see her daughter graduate, help her pick out a prom dress, or even see her get married. Still yet, the chimp attack victim remains positive and wants to focus on getting better rather than being angry about her condition.

Before the chimp attack victim revealed her face, she always wore a veil over it. She wore the veil not because of her own vanity, but because she didn't want to offend, frighten, or embarrass anyone else. She is not ashamed of herself. Her positive attitude shows that she's a beautiful person through and through.

Travis, the 200 pound chimp responsible for the attack, is now dead. Police shot him when the chimp attack took place, and he rushed back in to his cage and died there. His owner had him for nearly 14 years, and prior to the attack he was rather docile. He even drank wine from a stemmed glass and watered the garden.

The chimp attack could have been caused by Xanax that was laced in one of the chimp's drink. He was rowdy one day and his owner was looking for a way to calm him down. In addition, Charla Nash recently got her hair cut, and she could have looked so different to the chimp that he didn't recognize her.

The chimp's owner was horrified that her prized pet almost killed her friend. She beat him with a shovel and stabbed him with a butcher's knife while trying to get him to let go of his victim.

You really shouldn't keep exotic animals as pets, unless you have access to a controlled environment such as a zoo. Although animals can remain calm and nice to be around, they are unpredictable by nature and can be extremely dangerous when provoked.

Charla Nash, the chimp attack victim that revealed her face on Oprah, is lucky to be alive today. Hopefully, she will be able to receive the reconstructive surgery needed in order to allow her to live a semi-independent life again.
