Tsingtao
Tsingtao has a Lager beer that was first brewed in the early 1900s in Quindao, China. Tsingtao is the brewery that started the productions in China, and has made it's way around the world, including the United States and hasbeen declared the #1 Chinese beer. Tsingtao Lager has a color darker than any draft beer, and has a malt taste to it. You can also taste a hint of sweet nuts after you swallow it.
Tsingtao also offers a draft beer that has a smooth and light flavor. Tsingtao uses the natural spring water from the Laoshan mountain area, known for the purest water and hops produced in China. The yeast and barley are both imported from Australia and Canada.
Both of these Chinese beers are easy to pair your meal with, like spicy foods for the lager and appetizers with the draft. Whether you like Chinese food or not, you can choose your favorite foods that will be excellent for your choice of Chinese beer.
Zhujiang
Zhujiang beer is a pale lager that is brewed with fresh spring water, hops, malt barley, rice and yeast. All these ingredients produce a great tasting lager beer, that make Zhujiang one of the national leading brands across the world. Zhujiang is produced in Guangzhou, China and named after the Pearl River. This beer can be compared to a Budweiser style of beer, but with a slightly bitter taste. Enjoy Zhujiang beer at your Super Bowl Party with appetizers, chips, nuts, and sandwiches. It's a great choice for any dinner party.
Yanjing
Beijing Yanjing Brewery produces a pale lager beer that sells under the name Yanjing beer. Yanjing is made with a natural mineral water, hops, rice and malt barley. It smells floral, has a malt flavor, and is very refreshing when served very cold. Once you put this beer in your mouth, you will taste the citrus flavor that is present, and tastes great with meals prepared with fish. This would be an excellent choice for a nice, classy dinner party.
Yanjing also sells a non-alcoholic beer under the same name. When you are looking for a sober party, this non-alcoholic beverage will compliment any meal you choose to prepare.
Yanjing stays in close competition with the Tsingtao brand and continues to try and out brew them. Yanjing has only been brewed since the early 80s and has gained a lot of control of the Chinese beer market. Clean and refreshing is what this beer is known for.
