You could send your dinner invitations on postcards from China. You can find them online all you have to do is a search for them. You can tell your guests to wear their favorite oriental outfit.
A fun thing you could also do is to write each guests name on a placecard, both in English and Chinese. You could even learn how to pronounce their names in Chinese.
