1.25 lbs Large Shrimp
1/2 can Canned pineapple slices (cut pineapple slices into smaller pieces)
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Roasted white sesame seeds
1 tbsp Preparation Group A: egg white
1 tbsp Preparation Group A: wehat starch
5 tbsp Preparation Group B: mayonnaise
3 tbsp Preparation Group B: milk

Shell and devein shrimp. You can remove the digestive track (dark band running from head to tail) with a toothpick. Wash. Butterfly/spread both sides of the slit you made on each shrimp from the back, pat dry and marinate in Preparation Group A. Mix Preparation Group B evenly.
