1 1/4 lb large shrimp
1/2 canned pineapple slices (Cut pineapple into smaller slices)
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoons roasted white sesame seeds
Preparation Group A:
1 tablespoon egg white
1 tablespoon wheat starch
Preparation Group B:
5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons milk
How it's done:
1. Shell and devein shrimp. You can remove the digestive track (dark band running from head to tail) with a toothpick. Wash. Butterfly/spread both sides of the slit you made on each shrimp from the back, pat dry and marinate in Preparation Group A. Mix Preparation Group B evenly. Put pineapple slices briefly in boiling water,
2. Heat a saucepan, add 5 cup coin oil and heat to 325F. Coat shrimp with cornstarch and deep-fry until cooked, remove and drain. Stir-fry shrimp, pineapple and Preparation Group B together, mix well. Sprinkle some sesame on top. Serve.
