Make homemade Chinese-style Stir-fry Shrimp with Eggs ball without food coloring and MSG.
1/2 lb shelled shrimp
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation Group A
1 tablespoon minced green onion
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
How it's done:
1. Devein the shrimp with toothpicks, rinse under water and drain. Marinate with cornstarch.
2. Beat the egg and mix evenly with Preparation Group A.
2. Heat a skillet/frying Pan, add 1 cup corn oil and heat to 275F. Soak the shrimp in hot oil until the
color changes. Remove and drain. Mix in egg.
3. Heat another skillet/frying Pan, add 2 tablespoons corn oil and heat. Stir-fry egg and shrimp until the egg set. Serve.
