1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 chipotle chile -chopped about 2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons adobo sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed dried oregano

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Transfer to clean container and refrigerate until ready to use.
This will keep up to 2 weeks. About 3/4 cup
