Overall, the Chitika advertising program is a strong way to help monetize your website or blog. It's easy to set up and get started with, and it has a high click-through rate that ensures you make the most out of your traffic. The downside is that you need to receive a good deal of traffic from the search engines in order to capitalize on the system and unlike with Adsense, there is no way to gauge how much you should be earning per click based on your market or niche.

For websites or blogs receiving a healthy dose of search engine traffic, I would recommend giving Chitika a try. In my results so far, it has done nothing to reduce my earnings through other systems and has instead provided a nice bonus, particularly on outlets that were struggling to produce cash before.
