Chloe Sevigny Golden Globe Wardrobe Malfunction

Chloe Sevigny, also known as Nikki Grant on HBO's "Big Love" had a wardrobe malfunction at the 2010 Golden Globe awards. While accepting her Golden Globe Award for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series", an escort stepped on the train of her dress and it ripped.

Sevigny screeched "I can't believe you just ripped my dress!" as she tried to compose herself for her acceptance speech. She was wearing a rose Valentino sleeveless dress with ruffles. Still yet, even with a dress that was ripped, Chloe still looked much better at the Golden Globes than she does on the set of Big Love.

Chloe's character Nikki came from the Juniper Creek compound, where polygamous Mormon families lived under the rule of the "prophet" Roman Grant. Roman is (was) Nikki's father, and sent his daughter to live with Bill and Barb Hendrickson to help them care for their children while Barb was battling cancer.

Bill, who grew up on the Juniper Creek compound and who had denounced polygamy decided to turn back to the principle and take Nikki as his second wife. The family then added Margene, played by Ginnifer Goodwin.

As embarrassing as Chloe Sevigny's wardrobe malfunction may have seemed to the actress, there are plenty more embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions that happened during 2009.

The bust of Whitney Houston's dress busted open while she was singing "Million Dollar Bill" on the British reality TV show "X Factor".

Brittany Spears was a little too exposed when a high cut leotard, and exclaimed "my P---- was hanging out" twice offstage during a wardrobe change.

Rapper Lil Kim bounced out of her dress during "Dancing with the Stars." The wardrobe malfunction was edited out of the West Coast showing of the performance.

Tila Tequila "forgot" to wear a bra, diverting the attention from her engagement ring from the late Casey Johnson to her glaring chest. Whether or not this was accidental or on purpose is up for debate.

Wardrobe malfunctions plague everyone. The stars are very susceptible to increased scrutiny from fans and the press. Still yet, the mac-daddy of all wardrobe malfunctions was the Super Bowl mishap that happened to Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake. It will be hard to top that incident.
