6 ounces Baker's German sweet chocolate
2 eggs
1/2 cup Karo light corn syrup
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 cups chocolate cookie or graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions for Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt the Baker's chocolate. In a blender, beat the eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth. Slowly and gradually add the cream cheese, then the chocolate and blend until smooth.

Make pie crust by mixing together the chocolate cookie or graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly and evenly into a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan.

Pour the mixture into crust. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Cover and chill. Top with whipped cream and raspberries or shaved chocolate.
Tip
To make an easier version of this chocolate cheesecake, you can use a pre-made chocolate pie crust.
