Ingredients:
1/2 cup of margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 spoons Vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/3 cup of Cremora®
1/4 cup powdered sugar (aka Confectioner's Sugar)
2 cups of flour
1 cup of Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You will start by mixing the margarine, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Then add the eggs, followed by the baking soda. Mix well and follow with Cremora® and powdered sugar. Once this is blended completely you can add the flour. Mix well and then stir in your chocolate chips.
Drop cookies on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. These cookies will puff up nicely.
Cook for 12 minutes or until the edges of the cookie are a light golden brown.
Makes about two dozen cookies.
NOTE: Schnucks' Coffee Companion Non-Dairy Creamer works just as well as Cremora®.
