I use these chocolate candy melts often during the year, and Christmas time is when I have the most fun creating great tasting gifts for family and friends. I know you have at least one Chocolate lover on your Christmas gift list this year.

Salty snacks including, pretzels, nuts of all types, crackers, and corn chips can be excellent when dunked in chocolate, these may very well be the perfect gift for the chocolate lover on your gift list. Simply melt the chocolate in a double boiler and dunk the snack foods into the melted chocolate, and set them aside on pieces of waxed paper to firm up. It is the perfect Christmas gift!

You could give plain or fancy cookies to the people on your Christmas gift list, but why give plain cookies when you could cover them with chocolate and make them extra special? I know you have seen the white chocolate covered Oreos in the stores. How about red or green covered Oreos, I bet there is someone on your list who would appreciate them, again these are perfect Christmas Gifts.

These melts comes in a variety of flavors and colors, so they can suit any taste. To make extra fancy chocolate covered cookies, you could dunk them in a dark chocolate, then melt, and drizzle some red or green melted on them, creating a one of a kind Christmas gift. Cookies, crackers, and pretzels and other snacks also look wonderful if they are dunked in white chocolate and then you drizzle them with a darker color of chocolate.

You could take little pieces of different flavored cakes and dunk them into chocolate of different colors, creating your own little pieces of cake. These little pieces of cake can be plain or you could slice them in half, insert a spoonful of jelly or preserves, and dunk the whole thing in chocolate. Everyone loves cake at Christmas time.

To give these items as gifts, just purchase a decorative dish with a lid and put the items inside. Put a bow or ribbons on it and you are ready to give it to the chocolate lover on your Christmas gift list.
