1 Chocolate cake mix(pick your favorite mix)
2 eggs
1/2 c Crisco(butter flavored)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp water
1 c powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c Crisco(butter flavored)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp water
1 c powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together eggs, water and Crisco (butter flavored) then mix in your cake mix, and mix until smooth.
All you have to do is roll cookie dough into balls and then roll them into the powdered sugar. Put on greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. If you do not want to use powdered sugar, roll the balls into your sugar free substitute of your choice.

Sounds tasty!
Carol I don't think the powdered sugar is ok, but many diabetics can have a little powdered sugar so if you use it lightly it wouldn't hurt, or use the sugar substitute. Hugs Mary
